In the United States, AT&T, Verizon, and Lumen primarily rely on self-owned networks or legacy telecom systems to deliver IPTV solutions, albeit on a smaller scale.

5G networks, combined with millions of IoT devices, have transformed IPTV transformation with the introduction of AI and machine learning. Cloud computing is strongly supporting AI systems to enable advanced features. Proprietary AI recommendation systems are increasingly being implemented by streaming services to capture audience interest with their own unique benefits.
